What happens if I receive a damaged item?

For our made to order products (bodysuits, tees, blankets, wall art), we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective or you receive the wrong item. If that happens, we’re here to make it right. Simply contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a refund.

Can I return or exchange my order if I change my mind?

Our bodysuits, tees, blankets, and wall art are made to order just for you, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for other reasons. But if there’s an issue with your order, we’re always here to help!

Our pajamas are able to be exchanged if you change your mind.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Because everything is made just for you, a little extra time helps us ensure everything is crafted with care! On average, please allow about 7 days to receive your order.
